Spike Ultra Matte Refillable Lipstick

Nice lipstick

The formula is lovely, but this color is not flattering on my fair, cool toned skin. You can feel the glitter a bit in this shimmer shade. This would be a lovely summery, shimmery color on someone with a deeper complexion.

Luxurious

Love this packaging of this product, it feels so luxurious! The application was smooth, love it to add shimmer or add a gloss on top to make it complete. Texture goes on smooth and pigmentation was subtle

Gorgeous packaging

Gorgeous high end packaging but kind of weird product. The shimmer is kind of gritty and feels a little drying. Definitely needs to be layered over another lip product to make it look nice otherwise it just looks like your lips are chapped.

Eh

Packaging is nice but the part where the lipstick is seems cheap for being Valentino. Scent is off smells like crayons… transfers well I use this under my lipgloss for a shimmer! Makes my lips look nice.

Glitter topper

I received this product gratis from Influenster x Valentino in exchange for my honest review. This lipstick is matte and feels a little drying but has a very smooth texture to it. It’s very sheer so this lipstick probably works best as a glitter topper over other lipsticks. On its own, it just leaves a glittery gold sparkle, with no base color of its own.

Makes my lips feel smooth

The packing is absolutely cute and I love the magnetic cap for it. There isn’t much of a scent which I love. The texture is smooth and doesn’t dry up my lips. It last long on my lips and almost feels like a balm.

first of all, the packaging is really cute. there is no scent at all. the texture is very cream! it does have pigmentation. definitely going to repurchase it again.

Hydrating!

I love how smooth it is to apply onto lips! I love anything and everything shimmer! This leave my lips looking hydrated and refreshed! Love and would definitely recommend!

Surprisingly Pretty!

Love this cute little bullet! Has no overwhelming smell which I appreciate. It’s a smooth application and gives a nice hint of shimmer on top of other lipsticks. Especially good for the upcoming festive season! I like that it’s not too glittery where it looks tacky. It lasts about as much as a normal lipstick but nothing crazy long.

Overall great lipstick!

An overall wonderful lipstick. Not only is the packaging beautiful but the color is too! Very smooth and easy application. Doesn’t make your lips look try. Definitely more of a matte lipstick if you like that. The one down side is that it didn’t last on my lips as long as I thought it would. But overall great piece especially for an event.

The packaging is stunning. It does not have much of a scent and goes on incredibly smooth however, it does not last for very long and the gold shimmer is not the most flattering colors for my skin tone. I would not recommend not sure it would look good on. 

Excellent texture

Perfectly creamy and feels phenomenal! Is highly pigmented as well and the packaging makes it feel like a special occasion lipstick. Small amount of actual product compared to the size of the packaging though.
