Spike Ultra Matte Refillable Lipstick

Glittery

This lipstick is really pretty on top of just lip liner or if you put a lipstick down or even just by itself on bare lips. My only complaint about it is that the glitter literally goes everywhere and is not transfer proof. When I wanted to remove this later at night, I had glitter all over my face. But hey, if you don’t mind a little glitter, this is absolutely beautiful. 

Stunning packaging, but actual product works bette

I’m not sure if this applies to the other shades in this product line, but the shade I received doesn’t really live up to the “buttery” part of its name. It is actually pretty dry and doesn’t apply onto the lips very easily. This shade is definitely a lip topper because it lacks any opacity. I don’t really like using this on the lips because I find that it’s too dry, but I do think this would work as a shadow topper if used with a light hand. The packaging of this lip product is absolutely amazing because it feels weight-y and the magnetic aspect of the lid and base clicking together really adds onto the luxurious-ness of it.

Packaging is beautiful, it closes with a magnet making it feel fancy, it has no scent, texture is a bit dry, but the glitter is gorgeous, it gives no pigmentation which makes it perfect to use on top of a base

This is an amazing soft matte formula! I have several of them now. A great opportunity to get a full size and refill in two different colors. Love the smell

I would expect thus to have more color, more pigment. I think I would have liked this lipstick better if I had chosen a different color. It’s also pricey.

Beautiful bullet but don’t love this color

The packaging is so beautiful and the texture on the lips is really lovely. I like when the bullet of the lipstick is this smaller size I am able to apply it to my lips much easier. I just don’t love this color on me it’s a little too peach undertones and kind of blends into my skin.

Luxurious

This Spike Valentino Buttery Matte Lip Color is absolutely beautiful. The gold shimmer looks so good on and pairs so well with gloss. It goes on smooth and lasts for hours. The shimmer in it is perfect for any occasion but I look forward to it during the holidays. The spiked packaging is beautiful and sturdy! Very luxurious lip color, I’d highly recommend it!
