Regardless of the care applied, you should never pull or rub the skin, to avoid "moving" the tissues. This preserves the elasticity and firmness of the skin.

1. Squeeze the tube
2. Using the roll-on, perform 3 very light smoothing movements under the eye, internal angel to the external angle. Repeat under the other eye.
3. Perform 5 draining pressures with the 2 heels of the hand under the eye, from the inner angle to the temple.

Exacerbated skin issues

Bought this about 6 months ago and have been trying to use it as an under eye serum. It has been ineffective at helping coloration or depuffing, and has exacerbated sensitivity under the eye. I recently tried another product from a competing brand (Kiehl’s) and had none of the issues and all sensitivity cleared up in two days. Something is wrong in this formulation.
