Vault Color-Lock Conditioner

A great product!!!

This is a fabulous shampoo for protecting color treated hair. Also a great fragrance!!!

I definitely didn’t get greasy, waxy, or unclean feeling hair like most reviews but every scalp is different. I dislike the conditioner more than the shampoo though. maybe i use too much conditioner but i’ve had opposite problems then the other reviews, i find all the conditioner just soaks into my hair and hardens. Let’s make it clear that for having baylage, my hair is fantastically healthy. so after the shower my hair still feels dry. The conditioner just isn’t the best.

Don’t waste your time

I bought this after a fresh bleaching of my hair, and at first I couldn’t tell if my salon visit had damaged my hair beyond repair, or if this conditioner just wasn’t doing its job. This was the culprit. I’ve never used a conditioner that just literally does nothing? The shampoo version of this is pretty drying and stripping, and this left my hair feeling so weak and gummy. I have no idea if this helped my color stay longer & fresher than normal, but for that reason I would not describe this as a “vault” for color. Don’t use this if you bleach your hair, you will regret it!

Didn't love it. I really wanted to but it is so thick that you have to squeeze super hard to get the product out. Not returning but will not buy again.

Not my favorite..

Not a huge fan. I looooove the scent, like all Amika products. But I feel like this doesn’t do much for my hair. It’s not creamy feeling. Wouldn’t buy again.

Lately I’ve notice that it leaves my ends feeling very waxy. I have a hard time brushing my hair and gets tangled very easily.

I love this so much!! I recently got extensions and this works wonders! Smells amazing too!

Smells great, sorta nice for color treated hair (didn’t really help hold the color but definitely did not dry it out either) what’s wack is it came like 75% full??? Lasted 3 washes maybe 4.

First of all, this smells amazing!! I have trouble with shampoo and conditioners weighing down my hair and making it greasier than it already is. This doesn't do that! As for protecting my color, I haven't noticed too much on if it's staying in longer. Overall, this is a nice conditioner!

Just O.K.

I am a hair stylist, so I am very picky about the quality of a shampoo and conditioner. I love most Amika styling products and I love the Amika fragrance. I had tried Amika shampoo/conditioner in the past and didn’t *love* them, but since Amika did a rebranding I thought I would give them another try. I used this conditioner following its complimentary shampoo. I thought the conditioner was just O.K. Not terrible, but nothing to fuss over. I wasn’t thoroughly impressed so I don’t think I would buy this again in the future. It was very thick, so I found myself having to use a lot of product to get my hair thoroughly covered (I’m going through the conditioner twice as fast as the shampoo). It didn’t leave my hair feeling dried out, but at the same time it didn’t leave my hair feeling smooth. It was just meh. It was sometimes difficult to detangle my hair after getting out of the shower (even with combing the conditioner through my hair before rinsing it out). My blonde toner faded pretty quickly while using this shampoo/conditioner, so I can’t speak to its color protection being fantastic. I’m giving it 3 stars because it is still better (and decently priced) than using a drug-store brand conditioner. (For the record: I have long, thick, wavy hair that is dry and has been bleached and color treated)

Leaves your hair feeling dry and brittle. Would not recommend this product

This is another beautiful conditioner from Amika. In combo with the Shampoo this left my hair full and vibrant. Definitely will repurchase.
