This perfume is a birthday gift for my nephew, VALENTINO UOMO BORN IN ROMA 150 ml, the fragrance is very good 10/10. but the packaging and shipping service is 0/10... very sad, they never notified me when it was sent, I didn't know which company it came by or when it would arrive. When it arrived, I saw a damaged, dirty and wrinkled box. Inside the perfume box was damaged and the complimentary samples were also wrinkled. This is unacceptable, a total disaster. Plus they trick you by saying that there is complimentary gift wrapping and I didn't have one. Now I have an unwrapped gift from VALENTINO.
