Description
Clinically proven to plump lips by up to 40% in 4 weeks*, The INKEY List's Tripeptide Plumping Lip Balm hydrates, repairs and plumps lips leaving them looking naturally fuller and healthier. Specially formulated for maximum fullness without any tingle or irritation, the plumping balm works over time to visibly increase lip volume. So now your lips not only look plumper but, ARE plumper. No filter, no filler, just fuller.
Formulated with 6% Tripeptide Complex, to visibly increase lip volume over time for plumper-looking, more defined lips, together with 6% Ultra Filling Spheres which deliver Hyaluronic Acid to the lip to plump, retain moisture and help to fill fine lines, Tripeptide Lip Balm enhances fullness, defines lip contours, and reduces the appearance of fine lines and creasing around the mouth. With continued use, the proof really is in the plump. For best results we recommend using at least 3-times per day.
Unlike some traditional cosmetic lip plumpers, this multi-tasking lip plumper works to maintain the skin barrier and retain moisture to improve and protect overall lip health whilst visibly enhancing lip volume. The clear lip plumping balm leaves a natural sheen on the lips which can be worn alone or over lip colour for a glossy finish.
Delivered by science, not irritation, the future of fuller lips has arrived.

I came here to give this a little boost. I love this. There are some drawbacks but the benefit outweighs them. It can be gritty but if you keep rubbing it in it all dissolves just fine. The smell is not appealing but there’s no taste. However I love that it’s not sticky, and with extended use it does plump your lips. Their website offers some other colors which I love too

Nice lip balm
Love the hydration and love the colour for a quick casual glam up on the go. Nice level of pigment. However I don’t think it plumps (but this doesn’t bother me, I would still purchase again)

Modest plumping effect-smell not bad
If you are used to fragrance free skin care and un-flavored lip balms you won’t have a problem with the scent; truthfully the reviews are being dramatic over this. I do notice a modest plumping effect, but I agree it causes some flakiness. I pair it with a lip balm and it’s fine. The tinted version did not cause dryness or flakiness though.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews
I’m actually shocked by the number of negative reviews on this! It seems like people are A) not shaking it before application and B) expecting it to be something it’s not. Shaking it helps with what people are commenting about the texture. And it’s not a plumping gloss like the too faced lip injection gloss. It doesn’t tingle and it doesn’t plump but bringing blood flow to the area which I personally think makes you look like a clown. It plumps by deeply hydrating with continued use! Anyways it’s great if you use it properly.

So bad
NO! It stinks - literally and figuratively. this does not plump, and the texture is gritty, greasy and gross. The smell is also awful, smells like gasoline.

A product to skip
I was pretty disappointed with this one usually like a lot of products from the brand, but this one missed the mark. I don’t know if it’s the ingredients, but it smells kind of off. It doesn’t feel like it plumps or hydrates at all and the product dries out on your lips within 20 minutes. I have a better results from just using regular old Chapstick.

Tastes like licking envelopes but otherwise good
I just bought it today so I can’t fully attest to how good/moisturizing it is yet, so far so good but we will see. The flavour, just so everyone knows, tastes like licking envelopes.

Disappointing
Unfortunately, this balm tastes awful, dries out the lips more than it hydrates them and comes off your lips in less than an hour. Even at this price point, it's not worth it. I did not see any plumping of the lips either after continued use. Vaseline/Aquaphor are both much better!

Disappointed
I had bought the non colour version n liked the texture. I bought this one but the texture feels gritty and not as smooth. The colour looks so vibrant on the box n when you put it on after a few mins it is no different to the clear/plain version. Pretty disappointing really. All my skin care is Inky list n this is the only product I've been disappointed with

Tripeptide Plumping Lip Balm
Does not disappoint
Bought this after seeing all the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s easy to apply, gives a lovely wash of colour without being sticky and makes my lips feel beautifully hydrated.
