RUINED THE BEST SHAVE GEL

I’ve been busing Clarins shave gel for more years than I care to remember. It’s expensive but I always thought it WAS simply the best shave gel. Bought a couple of new cans of it recently. Noticed the darker blue can and thought nothing of it - Until I came to use the product. Sadly it’s now a messy, over foaming product just like all the cheaper foam gels on the market. So I guess I might as well save my money in future. Clarins - WHY FIX SOMETHING WHICH WASN’T BROKEN?

My new go-to shave gel!

I was recently traveling to Paris and took a competitor's product, but I did not like it as it was too sticky. I picked this up at the airport and have loved it ever since. Our hotel also featured the Clarins body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, which I absolutely adored. As soon as we arrived back home, I ordered all of these products other than the body wash due to the small size. Hopefully, they will make a larger format or value size soon!

Excellent Gel

I use this gel first time. I didn’t expect it to be so smooth. No brush needed. Shaving is very easy and pleasant. I think it is good for travel as well.

This shaving foam is one of the best I have used (and I have been shaving for circa 60 years). Only a small amount is needed to coat the face with a dense slippery foam which lubricates the razor blades, giving a very close shave. I shave every day, sometimes twice a day, and my facial skin is well cared for with this product and no hint of dryness.
