Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service

I bought the brush and after 2 uses the bristles melted. I contacted the warranty department, I was advised that I will be contacted and shipped a new one. It has been 2.5 months and following multiple communication, I still haven’t heard back from them on the status.

Reduces frizz!

Am really pleased with this brush, I struggle with quite frizzy, fine hair but using this brush helps smooth it, make it shiner and give volume and shape. It dries my hair much quicker too. The only very small downside is I find the handle hard to grip sometimes.

The best brush I have ever had!

I bought this brush after deciding to get fringes again, so I needed something to help me style it. My hair is a 2B, and my fringes never curl, laying flat and with no volume on my forehead. I was unsure about the size, but I am glad I got this! I blow dried my whole hair once to see how nice it was and even my baby hairs were not forgotten! The package is beautiful, the brush looks so pretty and professional and it is quite gentle, not too hard (but not too soft either). Also, it is very light, and it did not tire my arm. Love it!

It’s a good brush, nothing wrong with it just didn’t get on well with my long hair. Probably suited to people with shorter hair as it didn’t pick up my hair smoothly.
