It is half empty

I recently purchased the cleanser and clay mask set, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. When I opened the clay mask, I found it half-empty! Considering the price of these items, this is absolutely unacceptable. The products are already expensive, and it's painful to pay so much only to receive a product that feels incomplete. I can't open the cleanser to check if it's also low, but judging by the mask, I'm not hopeful.
