Loveshine Candy Glow - Tinted Butter Balm

Disappointing if you love other YSL lip products

I hate this. I’m sorry. It’s waxy. It’s not moisturizing. If you love the candy glaze or love shine, skip this. I feel bad returning things so this is going in my work bag as a backup/“meh” product. Utterly forgettable.

This isn't a balm. It looks and feels like opaque lipstick. The consistency is ok. The color was far too warm against my light neutral-leaning-cool skin. It reads as salmon. Be warned

My new fave!

YSL lippies are my hands down favorite. They feel amazing, give a nice plump, and the shades are gorgeous. Pink sunrise is perfection and my new fave. I got the Nude Lavalliere too…a perfect darker richer pink. Love 💕

Meh. I like the color and it feels nice but it is nothing special. Not worth the price. I much prefer the YSI loveshine

I absolutely love this. Not a lipstick person and this gives my look the final finish it needs.

I love this sheer lip color! It’s such a great hue and makes my lips so soft! Also the packaging is gorgeous and very high end.

turns dark pink

This reminds me of the old YSL Volupte Sheer Candy, similar to the Cool Guava and Raspberry shades.They both smelled like grapefruit as does this new version now called Candy Glow Balm. The Pink Sunrise shade that i bought seemed pretty enough in the store but is turning much pinker than I like on my lips so I will probably return it. It does have a nice buttery, non sticky feel, but the colour is too Barbie for me.

What Is That Smell?!

Why does this smell like urine????! Upon opening I smelled urine off the actual lip product?! Anyone else?

The smell is in the next level so good it makes me want to eat it anyway its so buttery and hydrating the lips and the color beautiful

Good product: beware of taste

Great formula and color, however this is the third butter balm i’ve bought and the taste of it is so bad! Other than the taste this leaves in your mouth nice product.

Creamy and Sheer

New holy grail lip product. I love the feel of this butter balm - it goes on buttery and stays creamy (unlike other balms that tend to get waxy after they start to wear off). Sheer barely-there color, which is exactly what I wanted. Will be purchasing in more colors!
