the only thing that is decent with this product is the scent, it smells good but made my hair worse after one use. it’s hard to brush dry for no reason i can feel the product built up and i barely put any in my hair. it makes my hair knotty. i’m very upset.

Product does nothing to help with frizz. Makes hair feel greasy. Does nothing for heat protection either like it claims. Also smells horrible. Don’t waste your money.

Been using this product for a few weeks and love it. Gives my curly hair extra definition helps with the frizz and smells soo good.

Love this product. It smells great and really conditions hair and makes it soft. The scent lasts until your next wash which is nice. I will say the product is very thick, so I made sure my hair was very damp when applying and then brushed it through to ensure it was equally distributed. My hair is medium thick. I never noticed this product weighing my hair down or making my roots greasy. I would definitely repurchase in the future.

My method to use

Love this product! I usually use it after washing hair, on slightly dry ends, before heating and styling with hairdryers. It protects my hair from heat, gives more moisture and fights frizz before next wash. The most important thing is- don’t use it a lot, 3-5 sprays on each side is enough, otherwise you will not understand how your hair could quickly feel heavy and waxy.. and also, don’t use it on whole hair line, especially on scalp! Just put on below chin level, and you would see the difference and effectiveness of this product. For me, the smell of the product is great! I don’t feel it is overpowering, because my hair usually at the back side, but my husband gives me compliments every time he feels it..for me it’s more than enough.

At first I thought this was okay but after trying out different products I realized how dry this one made my hair and how it’s just not very good. Scent is ok but I’m not a huge fan.

My holy grail hair product!

This is one of my holy grail of beauty products. I have tried so many different leave-in conditioners in the past and all were a let down. This one from Ouai is the only one I will ever use - it works so, so well. It's not heavy and does not make my hair greasey or weighed down. So many other leave-ins will work great for one or two times and then cause build-up and lackluster hair - NOT Ouai!! This product routinely leaves my hair soft, shiny and helps keep it's bounce for days. Love, love, love and cannot recommend enough!

I was so excited to try OUAI's Leave-In Conditioner, but it didn’t do much for my haiR. I didn’t even notice a difference. I’ll give it another go, but for now, I’m not too impressed. Hoping for better!
