Step 1: Begin at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close as possible to the lashline.
Step 2: Glide the eyeliner across your lashline for a precise line, or smudge for a smokier look.
Step 3: Finish with a generous coat of Better Than Love mascara or Damn Girl! Mascara.

Tighline:
To create a tightline, look down into a mirror and place Killer Liner on the waterline, gliding across from the inner to the outer corner, blending between your eyelashes.

It was so bad, it was so dry i couldn’t use it on my skin even with pressure. Not for eye not for lips not on face skin even.👎🏻
