Avocado Ceramide Recovery Serum

Made my skin soft but there are cheaper options

Glow Recipe Avocado Serum I liked this serum and purchased several times. However, I realized it was quite overpriced with a slight smell and I swapped to a cheaper brand (white dropper with orange label). However, if price is not a concern for you, this is great for hydrating and calming the skin. Makes your skin soft. Not incentivized.

Not for me

I have always had an issue with red, dry skin. My skin is beyond fickle. Particularly on my cheeks and chin. I love glow recipe products. After years of trying other skincare products and being supremely disappointed by them, when i find something that works, I tend to stick with the brand. Thats when i found this product. I looked through the reviews, liked what I saw, and purchased it. Within 3 days of use, it actually dried out my skin. I have dry, flaky, irritated patches on my cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. I would definitely recommend trying it out on a small area of skin first (which is a duh thing that i didn't do).

Really a great serum. What I love is, you can use this with the other glow recipe products and it's still very light in texture.

Love my sample size

So far so good..however I know a sample size isn’t a long enough time frame to tell.

I have extremely sensitive and red skin, I bought this along with the pore tight toner ( which I love!) This did help my redness however it always burned when first going on, even if I used a gentle cleanser and gently tapped it into my skin it still burned or felt like sandpaper against my cheeks. Maybe I used it wrong but I was very sad, I tried finishing the travel size but I just couldn't :(

My absolute favorite product from Glow Recipe. This will be a staple in my rotation for as long as they offer it. My skin has evened out and never been so smooth.

I have started to care a lot about the environment recently and I know using avocado is not good for the environment, because it needs a lot of water

Avocado Ceramide Recovery Serum

This product works very well and is silky on the skin, the only downside of it is it was unscented. I hope Glowrecipe doesn’t make the rest of their products unscented because of a few people on YouTube complaining about the smell.

I wanted to love this as much as the Watermelon Glow but unfortunately it gave me a pretty bad rash. I’m not sure what ingredient caused it but I’m sticking with Watermelon Glow because it’s wonderful!

Great Addition to Routine

I love using this serum during the summer when I really need to protect my skin barrier. It gets really dry due to high elevation and this helps combat that really well! I may have to bring this over into my winter skincare routine as well....

Sensitive Skin Must Have!

Love this for my sensitive skin! It has helped so much with reducing the redness in my cheeks and feels so good on the skin.
