I'm returning this -- it doesn't want to work in our plug-ins, we're in Canada so we can't figure it out -- it keeps sounding like it's shorting out? Very weird.

Excellent product

This is an excellent product. Very light but the heat is good enough. Makes styling hair much easier.

Burning brush

Hello, I loved this item, but you need to be careful. As soon as it reached two years of use (warranty duration), the brush burned in my hair, I saw flames and had to react quickly since it was on my head. There were no warning signs. I tried to write this review saying that I would not recommend it, but me review was not accepted.

Not the one for me, but could be for others!

Not the one for me, but could be for others! I’ve used 4 other brands and this one would probably be within the top, but I prefer a competitor’s better. Many people raved about how this brush didn’t get too hot to cause damage, but I have so much hair that I need more heat for my preferences. Also, the second time I used this, the high setting seemed like it wasn’t as strong as the first time using it. That surprised me! All in all, it’s a decent hair dryer brush, but for the price and my budget I prefer another brand.

Game-changer

This tool is a game-changer for me! It dries and styles my hair so much faster than just blow drying alone. My hair is full and shiny. I think I have the best hair days when I use it (so I use it often!). This tool has replaced my both straightener and curling iron, and I cannot express how much I absolutely love it!

Heavy awkward size

This brush is big and heavy to me. I bought it because of a review from someone who had had a stroke with limited use of one hand. I have neuropathy, weak in hands, and thought surely I could use it with both hands. I found it hard to manage. It does seem to be a good brush…bristles are holding up good, but I will be looking for a shorter lighter brush.

Great time saver!

So far this is speeding up my hair dry time immensely, and it’s been super. I like the shape of the appliance which helps get the job done! One thing I noticed is I think the high heat setting may have a small effect on my hair color (looks a little duller), but I’ll still probably use it since it speeds up my blow dry time. Just be careful your fingers to ensure they don’t touch the hot metal part of the device.

Dead in 12 months

Got it for a Christmas gift and loved it for about a year then one day it just wouldn’t turn on. Of course no receipt because it was a gift. So much money for what it is. I pulled out my Revlon that’s 4 years old and am back to using that!

Not for thick, curly hair

I don’t recommend this product if you have thick, curly hair. It doesn’t control frizz or dry the hair efficiently even when sectioned. I’ve used the Revolon brush previously and recommend that one more.

Great for an at home blowout

I love this tool! I bought it because I really liked the revlon one but it never lasted very long but this has lasted me years. Granted I don’t use it every day like some people might but I go back and forth between this and my straightener (so at least once every week or couple weeks). I also love yellow so there’s that.

Not a good product for everyone

I have shoulder length hair. This blow dry brush works terrible for me. Makes my hair flyaway takes forever to dry and my hair will frizz after a short time. An expensive mistake. I should have returned

Great product but not for straight fine hair

This was my first blow-dryer brush and I was so excited. I have long fine Asian hair with a lot of baby hair. After using this, I noticed my hair was actually flatter than using a blow dryer and round brush however my hair was so soft and the shiniest it's been after a home blow dry. I ended up returning and have plans to buy the half shot. The paddle shape and possible the single shot is more ideal for thick or curly hair types. If you struggle with flat fine hair, this size is probably not for you. 5 stars because it's an amazing product and my fault for selecting the wrong size and product for my hair type.
