maybe not for my hair type

I love dyson products in general. I have a vacuum and the blow dryer which I love. So I thought I would purchase this straightener as I had really thick and long hair and really wanted a straightener that worked well. I got the blue/rose colour. The thing I didn't like about it is that my hair often gets stuck in it a few strands at a time that then break my hair. I have sectioned my hair and don't know what I did wrong. I really wish I would have bought the air wrap to try instead as this product just doesn't work for me and I gave it to a friend who had thinner hair. Just disappointed as I said due to cost and it not working for my hair. It is a lovely looking product and like I said I really do love the dyson brand and general quality and wish it would have worked for me.

Not worth it worst Dyson product

It’s not worth it. Th charge does not last and you will never finish your hair with the couple minutes its lasts charged. I do not recommend it at all especially for the price.

LOVE IT!

Okay but where do I start best straightener/curler ever! Never have i had a straightener that I could use in my car without a cable just charge it and on the go we go! Leaves my hair so straight and shiny and i just have to go over my hair once! Guys i don’t usually leave reviews unless I love the product and yes this is it!

Not worth it - save your money

Battery completely died after two years. My wife maybe got 20mins of heat time and then it needed recharging. If you have thick long Asian hair, like my wife, save your money - for this price it needs a bigger battery. Poorly thought out design.

Worst purchase

I received this as a gift just over 2 years ago. The battery can no longer last to straighten my hair even with it plugged in. Worst money spent.

Dyson hair straightener

I bought this 3 months ago. It’s not worth it. My hair becomes dry and damaged after used this product. I had another company straightener and never faced that issue. Don’t buy this product. It is just wastage of your money.

Doesn’t last

I received this as a very generous gift and I loved this product! Unfortunately after 2.5years of light use it will not turn on even though it shows it’s fully charged. I’m upset that dyson doesn’t offer any support once the warranty is up. I was informed by customer service that they will not look at it and the only solution is to purchase a new one at full price. This is a luxury item and I’m disappointed by the quality and lack of support from dyson. A great product when it works but I cannot recommend for the price.

Very poor battery life

I got these straighter was a birthday present from my daughters. I absolutely love these until the battery started to only work for 10 minutes. I have to now do my hair as soon as I wake up and the recharge and have to finish my hair just before I leave the house. With purchasing a Dyson product you would expect to have such better customer service. WARNING Do not buy

Absolute disappointment .. Shame on Dyson!

I am sick that I paid this amount of money on a such a poor quality product .. the hair straightener is peeling off .. theirs is bubbling and the color is fading off all over .. it looks disgusting.. and customer care is a joke! .. I thought this is a reputable Company but apparently it doesn’t care! .. shame on Dyson .. never buying any of their poor quality products again!
