No. 7 Bonding Oil

I really love this!

I have alot of friends who have always swore by this oil. Although i i have used multiple other products from Olaplex i never tried the oil before. But i must say this oil is really fantastic! I like the smell, consistency, and the way this makes my hair feel. I have thicker long hair to my butt and prefer oils that are a little on the heavier side that really soak up well in my ends. I get my hair done a few times a year so i do have some bleach damage, and i noticed this helps! The scent is very pleasant and not too strong - kind of reminds me of a dreamsicle-ish scent. I also noticed this oil gives me a hit of shine too / there are tiny sparkles in it. I deducted one star only due to the bottle design- i personally would prefer something with a pump because i fear once this product is 75% used its going to be a pain to get the product out.

An incredible styling oil

The Olaplex Nº.7 Bonding Oil is an incredible hair product that delivers results. As a Native Hawaiian, I have very wavy hair that can frizz easily and appears unruly without proper styling/products. I have included photos of the before and after following application of the Olaplex Nº.7 Bonding Oil, and the results are astounding. After applying a small amount of product starting at my ends, and working up the shaft, I was left with nourished, shiny, tamed waves. What I love about this oil is that it can be used on dry, damp, or wet hair. It also offers heat protection up to 450°F. I appreciate that I can use this product for heat styling or to add nourishment and shine to my natural waves.

I absolutely enjoy the Nº.7 BONDING OIL! It’s very good for my hair in terms of helping with problems I may face such as frizz and or the dryness of my hair. I like putting it on to apply my heat products to my hair since it makes hair looks super shiny and well taken care of during this weather change. The amount you get for the price is very good and a little does go a long way. I will continue to use this product as it really makes my hair look so good! Great for curly hair

I have been using this oil now for 2 weeks and the difference has been so noticeable for my curly hair. I have been adding it to my hair after washing and have found that my hair gets tangled much less as it ain't as frizzy anymore. My curls only need a small amount and I think the bottle will last a long time and be great during summer. The only reason I knocked off a star is because it is hard to get the oil out of the bottle.

My hair is so soft and smooth after a short while

I received this oil for my honest review. I have used it for awhile and it works really good. My hair was damaged and lacked shine . I could not brush thru when it was wet now I can. I have had several strangers walk up to me and compliment on how beautiful my hair is. I do not notice a scent it is non greasy I believe my hair looks so much better since I started using Olaplex

Shine and frizz free

I was able to try the Nº.7 BONDING OIL and provide an honest review of it. This product really does what it claims to do. I used it on towel dry hair before I blow dry. I divide my hair into sections and apply a few drops into my palm. I apply it evenly to my wet hair and blow dry. It gives me very straight and smooth hair that is almost completely frizz free. I use a round brush to dry my hair but I have a lot of hair that can get very frizzy and dry. This product helps to eliminate that. I love noticed it helps to speed up the drying process as well so I can be finished much quicker especially with long hair. I also applied it on dry hair to eliminate fly aways. You only need to do a few drops of it as a little bit goes a long way. The product has a slight yellow tint to it and it does not have any particular scent to it. I really enjoy using this product and will continue to do so. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Shiny hair

Love this hair oil! I always use it after styling my hair and frizz is definitely an issue I deal with. This hair oil takes the frizz and makes my hair feel and look shiny and glossy, and I only have to use a few drops for my whole head of hair! Would definitely recommend!

This is a great hair oil I really enjoy it. Each product makes my hair strands so smooth and supple. The oil is a great consistency. I use it by rubbing together in my hands to and then rub all over my hair from root to tip. I also like to use to refresh my hair during the week. I use it when my hair is both curly and straight. It is a great texture that doesn’t weigh my hair down . It glides easily over the hair and penetrates it easily. My hair tends to be on the dryer side as the weather gets cooler and this helps so much. It also lasts for a very long time. You only need a few drops. I have had a bottle for over a year with plenty left to use. I would definitely recommend purchasing this hair oil as my hair has liked this combination

I’ve tried ouai and liked it but got this in sample form and it’s 100x better. I think the reason people are saying it’s making their hair greasy is simply due to the thickness of hair. You really only need a little bit!!

Shiny Strands

the best for my clients needs. I love hair oils that help me tame and bring shine to the hair and The Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil was perfect to do just this. I personally have 2B hair that is coarse and thick and I apply oils before and after drying to control frizz and create a polished finish. This worked nicely for blowdrying as well as adding extra to the ends when finishing my style. I also used this in the second and third day hair to bring life back to my ends without adding extra heat. I was a little concerned with the small size, as I sometimes need quite a bit of product to work with my coarse hair, but I felt only a few drops was enough to provide the shine and control I desired. My hair was easy to run my hands through after and my ends did not feel dry or become tangled throughout the day. The scent was pleasant, light and not detectable once it was in my hair. I would recommend this product to my clients, but also advise starting with a very small amount of product and working more into the hair as needed so not to create an oily look, especially if the hair is thin or fine.
