24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eye Pencil

Not a staple product for me

The shade is stunning and the formula isn’t too dry for a heavy glitter. However the sparkle is only visible in certain lighting and I feel the price is way too high.

Very good pencil if you work it

This is actually a very good pencil for the waterline and to line the eye but you do have to 'work it' a bit. It also helps if you dry the water line first, if extending down below the lash line. HOWEVER, they need to make this a turn type pencil instead of one you sharpen, ridiculous to have pencil you have sharpen in 2025. I have been using the color demolition but think I'll switch to whiskey, want to try a warmer color.

Was nice but now it’s useless

I tried a sample size of this eyeliner and really liked it so I bought a full size one. BUT after a few uses, I can no longer sharpen it. I use the NARS sharpener, and even tried a box cutter, but the outside of this pencil is like A ROCK. I don’t know what to do as I can no longer use it and

Wonderful Eyeliner - Can't live without it!!!

I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner. I have been using Empire Urban Decay for over 15 years. I have tried other eyeliners, and the results were terrible. This eyeliner doesn't wear off and is waterproof. I always receive compliments about my eyes and I have to say it is because of the eyeliner! And I didn't receive money for the review.

Not as good as tiktok says!

It isn't as reflective or easy to use as it was advertised, also a shade for a darker skin tone (not a bad thing just way too dark for me)

I use this as highlight as well as eyeshadow. I love it.

I like this shadow because the shine is natural and looks amazing. Its for all skin tupes.

Not for médium skin or people that think Its metal

Thought this Its was going to leave a metallic finish on my eye, but it just leave like a clearwaxy feeling.

Great formula

Urban Decay makes some of the best eyeliners. They are smooth, and last all day without smudging. This blue color (Chaos) looks great with shimmery nude eyeshadow and even better with browns!

LOVE

I love this pencil, both the colour (I've gotten so many compliments) and the Satin finish, which has a nice shimmer but doesn't transfer or leave a glittery mess like the other ones.

Sheds like Crazy

The product is alright but, there is a TON of fallout. I apply it and 5 minutes later, there is glitter all over my under eyes. It could work with a primer, but I'm not doing all of that.
